State Senator "Sludge" Slocum Cited for Violating
Natural Laws
In a special theatrical demonstration at the Franklin
Club, Franklin, PA, this morning, Special Agents Justice N. Earth
and Ally Ganey of the Earth Police delivered State Senator Bill
"Sludge" Slocum with a citation for his criminal negligence that
resulted in sewage sludge being dumped in Brokenstraw Creek, Warren
County. Earth and Ganey, both agents for the Earth Policešs Watershed
Protection Division, cited "Sludge" Slocum for his "Failure to Do
Right," charging Senator "Sludge" with "Ignoring Environmental Impacts",
"Degrading a Wild and Scenic River", and "Risking the Health of
[Slocumšs] community" among other charges.
"Senator 'Sludge' Slocum has deliberately violated
the rights of his constituents who under the Pennsylvania Constitution
are guaranteed the right to clean water among other needs," Special
Agent Ganey explained. "But probably worst of all was Senator Sludge's
intentional disregard for Natural Law."
On January 18, Senator Bill Slocum (R-Warren) plead
guilty to 6 counts of criminal negligence for his role in the dumping
of raw sewage sludge into Brokenstraw Creek despite repeated warnings
from Department of Environmental Resources agents. Brokenstraw Creek
is a popular trout stream that flows into the Wild and Scenic portion
of the Allegheny River just downstream from where the sewage was
illegally dumped. Slocumšs crimes were committed in his capacity
as Borough Manager and Foreman for Youngsville, PA. Slocum has apologized
for "the damage [he] has done to the image of the community," but
not for his criminal behavior.
"There is nothing more abhorrent than a lawmaker's
blatant disregard for the law," declared Special Agent Justice N.
Earth. Special Agent Earth was rudely interrupted (and removed)
before he could read Slocum his rights:
"In accordance with the Laws of Nature: You, Mr. Bill
"Sludge" Slocum, are hereby required to Make Immediate adjustments
to your behavior that will bring you into awareness that you are
but a dependant and symbiotic part of All Life."
The Erie Times-News has said, "Slocum has one way
to redeem himself: He should resign."
Special agents Earth and Ganey said, "Given the facts,
we couldnšt agree more. Its time to get tough on crime."
Senator Slocum will be sentenced on April 17. His
plea can be found at htttp://www.pasenate.com/PressReleases/slocumplea.htm.
